The GO AWOL Customer Charter and Privacy Policy

GO AWOL is all about helping you get more out of active and extreme sports and experiences. It's important to us that you're happy with the way we try and look after you. That's why, when it comes to protecting your privacy, we created the GO AWOL Customer Charter to show you exactly what we do with your personal details:

  • We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to companies outside GO AWOL for their marketing purposes.
  • Where you have bought a voucher for an activity we will need to share your details with them so that they can contact you and validate that it's you that has bought the voucher. However, they will not then be entitled to use these details for their own marketing purposes.
  • We will use your details to send you offers and information on things which might interest you such as new active or extreme sports we managed to seek out.
  • Of course, if you've told us you don't want GO AWOL to send you any other offers and information, we will only send you your booking information or merchandise. However, this means you could be missing out on some of the major benefits of signing up to GO AWOL, such as exclusive offers and advance notification of new activities and clothing ranges.
  • If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mailings, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
  • We comply strictly with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. For further information on our data protection policy, please read the full Privacy Policy below and the Terms and Conditions page.

We hope our Charter is helpful and clear, but if you have any questions please phone us on 0844 493 0994. We'll be happy to hear from you.
