General help

We work hard to try and get all the information you'll need within the main area of the site. However, sometimes there's going to be questions that come up that we haven't thought about. If you've got a question that you cannot seem to find the answers to on the site please don't hesitate to get in touch.

There's a lot of internet businesses out there that seem to positively hate the idea of their customers trying to call them or drop them an email. We're not like that. After all, without you we wouldn't have a business. Our phone number is on every page and is charged out at local rate (which means that we don't make money out of you calling us). If you have already ordered from us the easiest way to track an order or ask a query on an order is to raise a Support Ticket in the My Account area (by the way, you'll need to have an account set up and log in to be able to do this). This is a great tool to see exactly where your order is.

Our core office hours are 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday. Outside those hours we still often pick up the phone, but if we don't please feel free to leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
