When and how can I claim a refund for an activity voucher?

In summary, you can claim a refund for a voucher only before you have redeemed it with the activity partner and within the 6 month valid period. Once you have redeemed the voucher with them you will have to contact them to ask for a refund. To claim a voucher refund you simply need to contact us by phone or email and we will cancel your voucher and refund your money. If you want to use the money to book an alternative activity or purchase an item of clothing we will be happy to sort it out for you.
When and how can I return clothing or merchandise

In summary, you can return an item of clothing so long as it's in a new and unused condition in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase. You cannot return DVDs or other media if you have removed them from the original packaging. The return address is 5 Church Mews, 17 Church Road, Poole, Dorset. BH14 8UF.
How do I find the activity I'm looking for?
There are a number of ways you can search the different activities that we offer. Click on the "Activities" tab at the top of every page and this will enable you to search the right hand navigation which show the main activities we offer. Or you can use the Search tool at the top right on every page if you know what sort of activity you are looking for.
How is my personal information used?
We only use your personal information to provide you with the product or service that you have requested and to keep you up to date with new offers if you have opted into this service. To have a look at exactly what we will and won't do with your data look on the bottom of any page and click on the Privacy Policy link for more information.
What are the packaging and delivery options?
To speed up your order and reduce the impact on the environment all of our activities are confirmed by email with no hard copy in the post. The email gives you everything you need to know about the activity including where it is, the contact numbers to confirm the booking and what's included.
All of our clothing and accessories are delivered either by post or by courier dependent on weight. The price also varied depending on whether you want standard or express delivery. All the delivery costs are quoted as you go through the checkout process before you confirm your order so you can see what costs they add to your purchase.
Personal safety
We take your personal safety very seriously. All of our activity partners are required to hold the appropriate insurance, have suitably trained and qualified staff/instructors and comply with Health & Safety requirements.
