Sky diving on the South Coast has to be the ultimate rush - quite literally. The sensation of rolling out of a perfectly good aeroplane at 10,000ft and accelerating up to 120mph using nothing but gravity is one that has to be experienced to be believed.

We have teamed up with a highly professional, experienced and fun outfit based on Salisbury Plain for our UK sky diving courses. This means that not only do you get the sheer adrenaline jolt of sky diving but you also get a bit of sightseeing and culture thrown in with views of Stone Henge as you plummet towards the ground. So if you're looking for skydiving in Bournemouth or Dorset, why not head a little north to Salisbury Plain – after all, on a good day you still get to see the coast!
