Wakeboarding beginner lesson

What is this activity?

To learn to wakeboard it takes you roughly two sessions. A session is about 15 minutes long. After two you will be knackered! The first few times it is all about getting up and steering.

Then once you have this mastered it is all about stance, carving and entering the world of jumps… and wipeouts!

To master wakeboarding takes a lifetime! so you can enjoy progressing with the sport by having ‘tows’ at any point in the future. Learning to wakeboard is best done with a friend or group as you can take it in turn and have breaks when learning

• This activity is suitable for beginners

When does it run/availability

• Course lasts for a couple of hours depending on how many are on the boat. 2 x 15 minute tows each
• The Course is run periodically throughout the year based on weather and tides.
• Availability is extremely good, allow 1 weeks’ notice ideally

What do I need to bring

• All equipment including safety is included in the lesson
• Please bring – Sensible sturdy pair of shoes, , towel, swimming costume, sun cream, sunglasses, and warm clothes if it's cold 

Restrictions

• All courses are run subject to weather and tides. Age restrictions may apply
• Minimum of 2 people on the boat per wakeboard session so either join an existing group or book with a friend!
