Quite simply our aim is to make it easy for you to try out and progress in selected active and extreme sports which we love. We provide outdoor adventure activities, unique sports activities and extreme sports in Dorset and other locations along the South Coast. We can also put together tailor-made UK weekend activities if you're looking for something a little bit special. Our selected sports all fit in with our values of getting out there, being active and living life. We'd love you to try them out and get as much excitement and enjoyment out of them as we do.

If you are already getting involved why not check out some of our more advanced courses to gain new insights, master difficult tricks from the professionals and take your chosen sport to the next level. Many of the people providing our courses not only teach them but also compete actively in them.
